I'm pregnant with my second child, which happens to be another boy. My first born is Leo Kalani (almost 3 years old).. I am rooting for Gavin Kainoa and my husband is rooting for Duke Kapono... What do you think?
Definitely Gavin. Like other people have said...Duke is a dogs name to me. A bull dog to be precise. Out family friends had a bull dog with the name Duke for as long as I could remember.
I am not fond of the name Duke but I don't see the problem in naming a son that versus a pup. I have a cat named Isis Astrid and fully intend on naming a daughter (if I have one) Astrid.

Mix them up - Gavin Kopono is an awesome name.
How do you say Kainoa, anyway? :P

Date: 2007-05-24 08:17 am (UTC)Kapono is a bit ridiculous, sorry :P
and Duke rhymes with puke, too bad.
Gavin Kainoa is just splendid. Makes me think of a new, young and handsome Keanu Reeves.
