I want you to completely ignore the fact that there is a vehicle with this name. Forget the car, just analyze the name.
Avalon
I'm not a huge fan of Ava, but I really like Avalon. I also like the name Avonlea, but dropped it from my list due to the fact that I am an Avon representative, and having "Avon" in a baby name is too weird to me. :-)

Date: 2007-05-19 02:14 am (UTC)I tried Avon, but I suck at selling.
In themean time... I'm not sure I like the names too much b/c I can't ignore the relations.

Date: 2007-05-19 02:25 am (UTC)I like it. I feel it's a little clumsy as a name, but it can be done. I used to know someone who had a daughter named Avalon Juliet.

Date: 2007-05-19 11:45 am (UTC)I never considered Avonlea as a name. I wonder how many of them are out there.

Date: 2007-05-19 12:46 pm (UTC)Lol having Avonlea if you're an Avon representative reminds me of this politician in our local area. Our electorate is named Ryan, so he is the member for Ryan, and he just named his son Ryan. I know it's a fairly common name but it's so transparent!

Date: 2007-05-19 01:00 pm (UTC)I like Avalon, like others said before me it reminds me of the arthurian folklore, which I think is a good thing ;). I don't think I would use it though.

Date: 2007-05-19 04:07 pm (UTC)a name i really like is avelin (with a long "a" sound), but i'm not sure how you would spell it so it looks nice. a girl on my f-list has a daughter and that is her middle name, but she used the irish spelling so it's spelled eibhlin.
