A. Layla Jade
B. Layla Mankita
C. Layla Wolf
D. Layla Elliot
E. Layla _____ (fill in the blank with your own suggestion)
F. _____ ______ (aka "I'm not liking 'Layla' but here's another idea)

Thanks so much for helping/ putting up with me!!!

I need to create a professional stage name for use in radio/television. Something to be used for on-air jobs that listeners will only know me as, that I will be comfortable enough with to answer to/ introduce myself as, to sign as autographs with, etc. It has to be something realistic enough that people will assume it's my real name but unique enough that people will think of me when it's used (aka the name Joe Smith makes 1,000 people probably think of 20 different people they know, etc). As a young and fairly attractive female, I don't want it to remind people of someone very opposite of me ("Bertha" seems to remind people of a heavy woman, "Shaniqua" as someone Black, etc). It has to be something that is non-denominational/ non-ethnic sounding. I need a 1st and last name.

More about me:

I'm short, dark hair, love the late 80s/early 90s, pretty outgoing, born on the Idea of March

...super stuck on this and have to have one before the end of the week! THANK YOU

Starr

that's all i can think of, honestly.

as for last names you should stick with short, sweet last names
i.e.
Hall
Love

i'm at a loss, but i hope i gave you a small start.

A few names that I think are distinctive and different but still easy to remember. I agree with the other poster, if you need a last name too, pick something fairly easily to say and spell: Hall, Porter, Jones etc.

Annika
Violet
Sally
Diane
Bianca
Shay
Laurel
Jocelyn
Tabitha
Noa
Iris

I like it now- never even considered it, but I like it LOL Bunnie Hopper is cute but not so sure it'd go well ;) What kind of last name are you thinking about for Celia? Celia Johnson? Celia Jones, Celia Turner?

I'd pick something with strong sounds in it, for some reason the name Jade comes to mind as a first or last name. And I agree with the comment that it would be cool if your last name was something common, that people could spell if they wanted to look you up online, but not something too obvious like Smith. Maybe McKenzie, Kennedy (Layla Kennedy sounds nice), Green?

someone i kind of know has mentioned she liked the name stella boom for a daughter. i'm not into odd names, but i actually think it's adorable. i'm just saying because i think it would be a cool stage name, too. perhaps i should not have said anything, i dunno. =X

Layla Wolf is the best, I think. Layla Jade sounds like a first and middle name, and I think people would be confused by Mankita.

Oh I do like Layla McKenzie! (Mackenzie) however it's chosen to be spelled =)
