I'm In Heaven
May. 2nd, 2007 09:34 pmEeek, just found this group on spotlight, and I'm excited!
Hi, I'm Mercy, and I've pretty much been obsessed with names since the tender age of 5 when my mom's baby naming book and I were attached at the hip. I flipped through it every so days for years, until the pages started falling out. I still have it, actually, like 11 years later. So yeah, I love names!
Do any of you ever look back on names you absolutely loved and think "god, what was I thinking?!" I think mine must've been Aloha, Nebula, and Clu.
Current faves:
Emmeline Keiran
Evanna Soren
Mikaela Mikah (My-kuh)

Date: 2007-05-03 02:26 am (UTC)Although I did end up using my favorite boys name (Damien) when I had my son.
I did name my childhood animals the girls names. I had a dog named Pammy from The Shirttales. I also had a cat named Sally, it was a boy, but I insisted on naming it Sally.
Kieran is a tie for my second favorite boys name. =)
