Hello all just wanted to post and share a few names that my husband and I picked out for our first first children. We already have one daughter and another child on the way (not sure of the sex yet).
Our first daughter is named: Natasha Nadir [insert last name] (nadir is pronounced Naa-dear)
And our other girl name we have chosen is Rosemarie Sue (Sue being a middle name passed down from my greatgrandma, granma, mother and myself..)
And then the two boys names we have are:
William Marin (though I think Marin is both male and female,..espcially as a middle name) And also Adrian Russell (Adrian being a close friend of the family, and russell is my step families last name..)

So what do you all think?

Natasha Nadir - I adore Natasha, it's a gorgeous name. I don't really like Nadir, but I think it works nicely with Natasha.
Rosemary Sue - I love both names, and they work great together.
William Marin - I don't like Marin, but flows nicely with William, which I love.
Adrian Russell - I LOVE this. Both names are great and I love how they sound together.

I really like your taste in names!

Marin is a male name in Eastern Europe, Marina is the female version. I think the name Adrian is very lovely, and not that common.

I also think your daughter's name is lovely, but did you know the meaning of the word Nadir when you picked it?

Nadir means the lowest point, as in opposite to zenith. It goes nicely with natasha, but its meaning doesnt neccessarily have positive connotations.

However, I love the name Marin. It's nice and simple.

Adrian Russell is perfect! Adrian is one of my top boys names. Russell was my father's middle name, he didn't go by his first name. Aww, I love it!

Do you know the meaning of Nadir? Just curious. I don't like word-names in general, and this one's really rather negative. :/

I really like your other names, though. Natasha's my favorite name ever, but I wouldn't feel right giving it to a kid with no Russian heritage, and since I'm Irish and German it's kind of out for me.
