ok I've been in here for a while and have just been busy to post. But I recently got engaged and we were bouncing baby names off each other. We decided on.

Hayden Matthew or Hayden Nicholas (Nicholas is soon to be DH's name) for a boy.
or
Peyton Elizabeth or Jordyn Mackenzie for a girl.

i don't like Hayden as much as i used to... probably because i've met quite a few girl Haydens in the past few months.

Not a fan of Hayden... sounds too feminine to me. I think boys need a strong name.

As for Peyton, it is one of my favorites. Elizabeth sounds great with it.

I like Jordyn too but not Mackenzie.

I like the theme Nic but I love the name Nico for a boy (Nee-ko). Inspiration, maybe?

Nico James is one of my favofites, or Nico Matthew even.

I love Jordan/Jordyn for a girl! I agree with the others that Hayden is a little too feminine for my liking, but it isn't one of those names where you wonder what the parents were thinking when they named their kid... so if you like it and DH-to-be likes it, go for it!

I love Peyton and Jordyn. I just don't like the way Jordyn is spelled. I went to school with a girl named Sunshyne & Kymberlei and they were constantly made fun of for how their names were spelled. :(

I'm not a big fan of the name Hayden. It sounds like a girls name IMO. Peyton Elizabeth is beautiful!

I really don't like the name Peyton, it reminds me of a redneck saying "paintin'" lol. If anything, I think it suits a boy better.

I really like Jordyn though, it reminds me of a very outgoing little girl. I love Hayden Matthew.
